Change of mind
Halitineh products are perishable food, so we do not accept returns because of a change of mind.
Damaged, wrong or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or is defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. We will replace the item or refund it.
